my copy just arrived and it's incredible. so much more than a cookbook; it's practically a work of art. And I love just how loaded with information that this book is, which comes in really handy for someone like me who isn't exactly a pro in the kitchen. I can't wait to try out these recipes for my friends and family.

I live in Los Angeles and Egg Shop is always one of my first stops when visiting NYC. So when I found out they were releasing a cookbook I immediately pre-ordered it so I could enjoy my fav dishes year round. And it does not disappoint - it goes above and beyond the dishes in their restaurant to give you a full step-by-step on how to become an egg cooking pro. It's also written in a humorous, light-hearted way that makes you actually want to read it (and not just look at the photos). Highly recommend it for anyone who loves brunch, egg sandos or omelettes for dinner!
